Prohibited Uses

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service.

Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from third-party services or integrations
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high uptime, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, and we are not liable for any downtime or service disruptions.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if:

• We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tunisia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tunisia.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Magasin.live, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these terms if caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures.
